Tasha García was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting Management and from Rutgers School of Business with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance.
She is a licensed securities agent as well as a Life Insurance Agent and Broker. Tasha has several years of experience in Financial Services and has held executive-level positions in the industry; she is most passionate about helping others achieve financial wellness and create generational wealth.
Maintaining a strong sense of community and a solid professional foundation are very important to Tasha. As part of her social contributions, she chairs the board of City College Center for the Arts in Harlem, NY; she also serves on the boards of several other non-profit organizations in New York and New Jersey in various elected and appointed positions.
