Adeola Adejobi, Esq. is an attorney, entrepreneur, speaker and founder and CEO of Avant-Garde Network (AGN). Avant-Garde Network (avantgardenetwork.com) is a social impact company that creates outstanding entrepreneurs and executives from diverse backgrounds. AGN develops our members skills and education as business owners and leaders then connect them to companies where they can grow and thrive professionally.

We help high performing organizations recruit this diverse pool of business professionals to help their companies grow. To support this work, we host a series of conferences, forums, masterclasses and networking events where we discuss market trends and opportunities in different industries and connect professionals and companies. AGN now represents over 40,000 members and hosts events in New York City, Washington D.C., Lagos, Nigeria and more.

Adeola understands that meeting the career aspirations of Black professionals requires more than just the standard engagement. Knowing this, she created initiatives such as Africa 2030, Diversity Dollars and Disruption, Women of Color and Capital and the Dealmakers Roundtable, Diversity Dollars and Disruption: Black Tech meet-up featured at SXSW 2018 in Austin, Texas. Her passion for community engagement has also led her to lead several millennial political engagement events.

Adeola is the recipient of several awards, including the 2018 TOP 35 Millennial Influencers Award, Spelman College NY-NAASC Shining Star in Entrepreneurship Award, the Congresswomen Yvette D. Clarke 2017 Shining Star Award, E. Randolph Williams Award for Pro Bono Service, the New York State Bar Association’s Empire State Counsel Award and the 2017 NV Magazine Mover and Shaker Award.
